By accessing GitBlend ("the Service"), operated by Creative Content Crafts Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

GitBlend is a free tool that allows developers to:

• Generate contribution graphs from GitHub and GitLab
• Combine contributions from multiple platforms
• Embed graphs in profile READMEs
• Customize graph appearance with themes

3. User Accounts

When you create an account via GitHub OAuth, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your GitHub account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Overload our servers with excessive requests
• Misrepresent contribution data

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by Creative Content Crafts Inc. GitHub and GitLab are trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that contribution data will be completely accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Content Crafts Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
